Bravo, good point! In fact, I think that every useless person must be removed from society. People who are sick from incurable diseases must be eliminated (less suffering for them and their relatives, less medical expenses, their relatives would inherit them, etc. - you can attach your favorite reasons).
I think that the doctor and some of the relatives can decide when to kill the patient, and how - there are many possibilities, for example combination of switching off the aparatus and choking with a pillow? Maybe a combination of poison and a brick in the head? Hmmm... Maybe the best is to introduce a new medical specialisation - "Executioner"?
Or, do it right way - say at the end of each week with all incurable patients up against the wall, firing squad, bang-bang, that`s it.
And why limit it to sick/coma patients? There are many other useless people at this world.
