George Carlin died of a heart attack Sunday. The guy was sharp as a tack, cynical but not angry and seemed always to go straight to the point. When he had his sights on something, he would ridicule it fiercely, but did it in a way that made you laugh. He'll definitely be missed.
Everyone remembers the FCC indecency declaration of the "seven dirty words", so I think it is ironically fitting to link to his webpage on the VOA:
