When I first heard about this film, I was really excited and planned to see it on first release. I love Tim Burton films, and of course, Danny Elfman did the soundtrack. So for me, it was a movie I was looking forward to. But then when it was out, I found myself always busy. And the reviews weren't terrible, but they weren't great either, so a lot of my buddies weren't all that interested. I thought I'd make it at the second release showing, since there's a group of us that go to one of those practically every week. But I missed even that. Surely some of the gang would want to go. It just never happened. So here I am bringing up the tail on that one. Now that it's in the stores, I'll finally get to see it.
