If you want extra output in the 80Hz range, try a small basshorn or underdamped direct radiator tuned to 80Hz. I design my speakers for flat response but it is very easy to find alignments that tend to peak in the midbass like that.

Another thing you can do is to provide gentle parametric EQ to get the desired response.
