I will be ordering some BB ply tomorrow for my 2 Pi towers. I believe the sheets will be 18mm thick which lies between 5/8" (specified in the plans) and 3/4". What size should I cut the rear port?

18mm Baltic Birch is great stuff. It's about 0.7" so cutout the port 4-5/8" diameter.
