Does your tweeter "upgrade" kit come with the cap and resistor?

My poor Audio Note AN-J/SPs foam have started crumbling to dust! So I think I'll build a pair of 2PIs to tide me over until I can refoam or afford new AN woofers... I have an account with New Sensor so I get the Alpha 10s at cost... but I need to grab the Tweets and other parts either from you or Parts express.

Man it sucks not having a stereo!
