There is no 10Ω resistor in the one π loudspeaker. There is a 16Ω resistor, but it's in parallel with the tweeter so it doesn't attenuate it. The shunt resistor provides a little bit extra damping, and works sort of like a Zobel. The tweeter has a 12Ω impedance peak at 650Hz and this resistor reduces that peak. Without it, more low frequency energy than wanted would be developed across the tweeter.

The crossover capacitor used in the one π and two π loudspeakers is 10uF, that's right. I made a prototype with a different tweeter having 8Ω average impedance, and I think I may have inadvertently sent that schematic out for a while. If you got the wrong schematic, I apologize. The crossover for the DX25 has a series 10uF capacitor followed by a 16Ω shunt resistor.
