Shifting to a lower-order crossover on the woofer will shift the null angles up, yes. You could also move the crossover point a little bit or even just reduce the size of inductor L3 slightly if you just wanted a small change. Anything that reduces the phase shift of the woofer crossover will shift the null angles up; Increasing the phase shift will move the null angles down.
