to biamp a pi7 can I use the 3 way xover and just not hook up the woofer to it? By doing this I have the xover avaliable if I wish to use it fullrange. Can I see the pi7 plans?

About the crossover, certainly, you can do it that way. It's easy to do and splits the band at a good point. Woofer on one amp, midrange and tweeter on the other.
