The PVC plastic used to make shower pans makes a great gasket material. Cardboard works pretty well too.
It's easy to make gaskets. Just draw an outline of the part with a pen, and also make a mark where mounting holes are.

Next, cut the gasket out and make holes for screws with a hole punch.

You can make gaskets for drivers, horns, crossover PCB's, Zobel resistors, access panels, whatever you need. It is very easy to do.
