I was wondering if i could change the 8Pi Dim's a bit.the overall dim's would be 16.5 Wx56.25Hx13.5D i would rotate the midhorn 90deg

No, that won't work. The orientation of the midhorn should stay as it is. If you rotate it 90°, the pattern will be wrong. The loading will be wrong and energy would be wasted on ceiling and floor reflections. If you need a narrower box, forgo this midhorn entirely and use something else.
