I've been the proud owner of a set of 2Pi towers for about four years now. I noticed that the design now calls for a Vifa soft dome tweeter instead of the Piezo. A few questions:
1) Can I buy an upgrade kit? 2) What is required to make the change? A x-over of some sort, obviously tweeters... 3) Why was the design change made? 4) Is it really an upgrade?
I'm going to be re-painting the speakers anyway (they got beat up from a lot of moving), so I figured I'd contemplate an upgrade. I'll post pictures once I'm done.
