I kinda liked the pseudo-grungy, urban single life lived-in-coffee bars and only-eat-in-diners chic of these movies too. I have seen the Jay & silent bob flicks, as well as Dogma & chasing amy. If you liked chasing amy, you will probably like its male counterpart: The object of my affections, as well, if you havent seen it already! Both flicks are euqally messed up.
Hmm thanx for the heads up on Jersey girl..will try to check it out. -Did not know that Kevin Smith was the creative genius behind these epics.. ( i say it only slightly tongue in cheek). I like his style.
Oh, did you see 200 cigarettes? I din;t like it that much...but it;s the same genre.
