Hy Wayne . a few post below you say that the Alpha 10 can work as a dedicated subwoofer .taking this way the Alpha 10 could have better bass response that the 35 hz tuned tower 2 box .Does you have plans for a alone sub Alpha 10 box that could share .thanks

The Alpha 10 works well as an inexpensive sub in cabinets around 5ft3 to 7ft3 tuned to 35Hz. It's a little limited in excursion and power handling, so you might also look at the LAB12, which will go lower in a smaller box. Tune it for 22Hz in a 3.5ft3 box.

The box size and tuning of a two π tower is right, but I think for a sub, I might shape it differently. I'd also limit frequencies to 100Hz or so, and naturally, not bother to install a tweeter. But the box tuning is right for use as a sub.
