Is there a best material to use when building the midhorn. My test pair was built from 1/2" plywood. I'm ready to build a keeper pair and was wondering if 3/4" ply or MDF would work better.

I've used MDF, baltic birch and other plies. I think bass bins deserve some attention where wood is concerned but less so for midhorns. Just be careful to use wood stock that doesn't buzz if you choose a ply.
