Looking for comments on this configuration:

2226J in 3.5 cubic ft box tuned with (2) ports 4" ID and 6.5" long.

Results from WT2 come up with this:

Fsb = 45.7hz
alpha = .955
Ha = .78
Fm = 35.67hz

flo = 23.5hz (67 ohm)
fhi = 69.3hz (80 ohm)

My listening detects a large hump around 60hz.

Could you recommend a port tuning change (shorter ports I'm thinking) to get back to flatter response.

JBL recommends (2) 4" ID ports @ 4" long for a 4 cubic ft box. Would you agree that shortening the ports from 6.5" to 4" would be close to optimum?

Cabinets arrived to me as described, so I knew a port change would be necessary.
