Hey anyone know if mortised (routed out) grooves are figured on the dwg file? Reason I'm asking is that after dimensioning everything in autocad, the sizes for the baffles (of the motor chamber) dont match the sizes of the panels that wrap around them. I pulled a dimension on the connection point on the 3D assembled drawing, and it looks like a(n) 1/8th inch groove is figured on certain connection points?
Is this true? And is it necessary?

The router slots are included on the AutoCAD file. It is a perfect drawing, used to generate the CNC cuts. If you'd like, I can send you the drawing I did for the prototype, which didn't have routed edge slots, just screws and glue. It isn't as accurate of a drawing, but is good to the 1/4", which is about as good as you can expect for hand cuts anyway. Works just great.
