Thanks Chris,

Thankfully, I have an RPTV so shielding is not neccessary.
I have several RS 40-1197/FE103's, and have been generally pleased with them in folded TQWP's. They are somewhat less satisfying in a BR, sounding a bit thin to my ear.

The advantage that I see of trying a sort of .5 Pi, at least compared to what I have, is better off axis response with the DX25, slightly higher overall efficiency, and greater dynamics with the Alpha6.

I just want to make sure that I am not completely off track with my thinking before I plunk down any cash.

Greg
