I decided to bi-amp and use a series cap on my 2426/2370 rather than using an active crossover. What values of cap and resistor should I use to compensate for the falling CD HF response if my tweeter is 16-Ohm?

Wayne, I've been meaning to ask you this for a while. Why do you graph freq in linear instead of log scale?

The log scale in Spice is just more dificult to view. The frequencies of interest are shifted and too close together in log scale.
