No, the Alpha 10 doesn't reach that high on a horn. There are some nasty breakup modes that will allow output up high like that on some 10" drivers, so you could use a midhorn up high like that for low-fi or medium-fi PA stuff, but it isn't good for sound quality to push 'em that far.
