I'd go with an Eminence HL10A in a 1.0ft3 box tuned to 30Hz. That will generate strong output to 30Hz. If you need a smaller cabinet, the HL10A can be used in cabinets as small as 0.35ft3. In a small 0.35ft3 cabinet, tune to 40Hz for f3 of 50Hz. You could also make a cabinet sized somewhere in between, say 0.5ft3 tuned to 40Hz (f3 = 40Hz) or 0.75ft3 tuned to 35Hz (f3 = 35Hz).
