Thought I'd share a few more photos. Pictured is the new walnut and maple equipment rack. The rack is a constrained layer of double 3/4 ply with noise killer between sheets. Baltic birch and 7 layer void free was used. Hardware is stainless steel, accents are solid maple, and the finish is hand rubbed oil. The rack is absolutely dead at even the highest volume levels. It's a huge step up from the first generation rack. Equipment pictured on middle shelf is from Bottlehead. Modded Paraglow II and Foreplay III in custom walnut and maple bases finished in 6 coats of clear laquer. The speaker crossovers have recently been reworked with fine silver wire and improved crossover layout. I hope to get the Seduction together fairly soon, but have some big house projects to complete. I also have some desire to get a little fancier with the speakers but that needs to be a winter project!
