Is that possible with currently produced drivers you are acquainted with Wayne? Seems it would help to equalise the efficiency between the HF and Lf. Like a small Altec; ever thought about that? Is there a point to doing it that way nowadays?

It's 98dB/W/M. The horns are attenuated to match bass output, which is bass-reflex.
