I picked up some KSN-1038A's a few weeks ago from these folks:

I'd suggest you call them, rather than emailing. Response time is not great for emails.

Last time I was there they had a few dozen. As I discovered here the other day, the only difference between the 1038 and the 1041 is the silver trim on the 1038. Catalog price works out to less than US$9.00 each.

You could also consider the Vifas that are part of the new Studio Series designs. Personally, I'm really happy with the CTS 1038 horns, and my previous speakers (Tannoy PBM-8's) had Vifas for the top end.

The piezo's are very light in weight, so shipping to NJ shouldn't be a big deal.

I don't have any affiliation with these guys. Just a satisfied customer.
