I have a couple of KSN1038, and I thought of of buidling a pair of speakers for my garage.

Can you send me the plans for 1Pi and 2Pim the OLD plans that is

You wanted plans for the old models with the KSN1038 tweeter, right? They have no crossover components. The new models with the DX25 have a simple crossover, but the old models don't.

Right, I just thought you put a resistor in parallel or something, to maybe smoothen the peak a 5Khz.

No, the peak on the KSN1038 isn't too bad really. Some people with tube amps put 20 ohm resistors across the binding posts on the loudspeaker cabinet to increase amplifier damping, but it isn't needed and doesn't do anything in most cases.
