After reading a few posts here and there about damping/diffusing the distorted responce from dustcaps in cone loudspeakers I tried a couple of disks of a somewhat dense fabric spray glued to the large dustcaps on my Theater 4's Eminence Delta 15s. It seems that the midrange is cleaned up an audible amount and this is a worth while tweak. Over all transparency is improved; less congestion.
