At 3ft3, I'd go with a JBL 2226 or Eminence Magnum 15. The Delta (and Deltalite) 10's are better suited as midrange drivers. It will get you under 100Hz, so it isn't a bad choice. But I'd go with something else. You might even consider the Alpha 10, which will really surprise you for the money. Put an Alpha 10 in the cabinet you're talking about and I think you'll be amazed.
