Hi, I have a Kenwood LSK-500 (3 ways) with spec.(written on the box) :
Sensitivity: 89 db/watt at 1m, Freq. range: 45Hz-20kHz, Crossover freq: 1kHz, 5kHz. My problem is there's no crossover in it and the box already damage by water at the bottom. So i tried to redesign the box and at least put a good crossover in it. Is there anybody can help me with a diagram or anything ???? Thanks.

I'd be happy to help you with these speakers and there are others on this forum that will probably pitch in too. But we'll need some more data. You'll need to know this information in order to do a good job. What you don't know or can't find, we'll have to think of a way to determine using whatever measurement tools you have at your disposal. The better information you have, the better your results will be.

These are the things we need to know:

1. Frequency response and sensitivity of each of the three drivers.
2. Power handling and frequency limits of each driver.
3. Electrical specs of each driver, i.e. resistance and inductance near the crossover frequencies.
4. T/S electromechanical specs of the woofer.
5. Volume of the box. If it has a port or passive radiator, we'll need specs on that too.
6. Position of the drivers in the box.
