They're (almost) done! I decided to upgrade my Studio 2 Pi Towers (again) by introducing the PSD2002 for HF. I'm running the pair of PSD2002 with H295 flares with the Alpha10 in the 2 Pi Tower cabinets. Crossovers are exactly like the Therm 3, with Zobel adjusted for the Alpha10.How do they sound? WOW! The stock 2 Pi Towers were good, but this is in a different league. And as it should, consider this mod more than tripled the components cost of the stock 2 Towers.
I know some of you tried to steer me away from the H295, towards the H290 instead, but these sound just fine in my room. The horns are current sitting on top of the cabinet and I wouldn't be able to integrate them into the front baffle until Spring, when I can work outside.
