It depends what wood you make them with, but in general, you can expect them to be over 100 lbs.

Yep, the balls of my feet were killing me after I moved the cabinets - without the hardware - up six flights of stairs. And I even used a hand truck. They are some Big Mothers. I used 3/4" MDF. I would hate to think what they would weigh with 1".
