Should be just fine. If it's solid - You'll know it. Give it a rap with your knuckles or a light tap from a hammer. If the cabinet gives a hollow drub-like sound or the metal rings, then you still have some damping work to do. But if it sounds solid, like you hit the Earth, then you've got it licked.
