They are nearly perfectly flat, sweet sounding and detailed. And thats why I still like horns better. They are extreamly delicate in that a stray crossover below 1K with anything more than a a watt will stretch the ribbon. A pop from an amp will also do them in and you will have to repace the ribbon. Depending on what drivers your using and like you may or may not like the ribbon any better. If your looking for a change in scenery you shouldnt be dissapointed. IMO they cost too much. Consider the esg 2 or 3 for use with a higher crossover point. best, Bill

...the debut in my sorta 4 Pi Pro system of the "good" kraut drivers on Bill's woodhorns. Have to build crossovers first and waitng for caps. Creating is more like performing than listening
