I don't have a copy in the computer, but I'll try to locate the 1980 plans for the one π speakers that contained the JBL 2115J if you'd like. I'd be happy to scan the file and E-Mail it to you. The cabinet was aligned as per PiAlign, and so the cabinet is small - 0.66ft3 as I recall - and the port had to be mounted diagonally to fit in the box. For different applications, I also installed 2115's in 1ft3 and 2ft3 cabinets with good results. Each of these cabinets was tuned to approximately 45Hz.

Thanks Wayne. I'd like to use the larger cabnets tuned to 45Hz. I also wanted to see the crossover used with the 2405's.

Connect the 2405H using a second-order network having a 2.0uF cap in series and 0.5mH coil in shunt followed by an attenuator of 8 ohms in series and 4 ohms directly across the tweeter. For the 2115H, use a 0.5mH coil in series. If you run a 2115J, then use a 1.0mH coil instead.
