I just bought a pair of 18" Eminence woofers, and I practically know nothing about them. Their back plate is blue, it says "Eminence professional series, Precision High Power Loudspeaker, Made in the USA..." and there's a label that says "PS18-4008". I wonder if any of you guys ever heard of this kind of speakers... If any of you do please contact me, because I honestly don't have a clue about what kind of cabinet should I build for them.

I suggest that you contact Eminence directly. From the part number, it sounds like it may have been made as an OEM version, intended to be used by someone like Fender or Marshall or someone like that. You might be surprised how many manufacturers use Eminence parts, and it may be interesting for you to find out who this part was made for.
