Sorry, I don't remember anything about it other than it offers the choice of a "50" or a "300B" output tube and sounded really good with the "50" tube in place.

But did you notice that little "Sound Creative" amp Russ brought to the meeting. It's a 10 watt/ch SET using Sovtek KT88 output tubes, and it sells for $299 on Ebay! How can they sell a tube amp for $299? From what Russ said the seller bought a pallet of them and has about 20 left. Of course there's a greater risk of a no-name $299 tube amp dying prematurely, but if that happens you've only lost $299, less than most of my Houston Audio Society friends spend on a pair of interconnects. I ordered one just for fun and probably will bring it to the LSAF.

Go to Consumer Electronics, then Amplifiers, and do a search for "KT88" to find it.
