Sorry, I have been doing a lot of reading in the forum, and I haven't seen this answered.

I can't find any 5/8 mdf to build my 2-pi towers from, so I am going to use 3/4" mdf.

Should I try to keep the internal volume the same ( I computed it to be 7755 cubic inches ) or should I make it larger? If larger, by how much?

Thanks..

With a cabinet volume this large, the difference of panel thickness on total displacement volume is pretty small. What's more important is that you cut the right size port.
