Thanks for the advice so far. It sounds as if the 10 Pi is a good candidate for my room.

I want the dynamics and the lively sound that a horn loaded speaker can provide. Given the size of the 10 Pi, I was suprised to see that the frequency response only goes down to 40 hz. Is this just the manufacturer being modest? One of my top criteria for a speaker is that I want it to go at least to 30 hz. I really don't want to add a sub if I can help it.
