After taking a woodworking course this Fall, I got some tools and am working away on my 2 Pis. Although (or because?) it's a learning process, I'm having a great time. Routers in particular are incredible tools: rabbets, circles, roundovers, trimming. I've also discovered I have an odd attraction to clamps.

I'm taking off the week between Christmas and New Year (use it or lose it) and hope to complete the speakers then. I'll leave them unfinished for now and paint in the spring when it's warmer. After that, some veneering practice in preparation for the next project!

That's great news - Keep us posted. And put a photo or two online when you get 'em done!

you can never have too many clamps. a good shop will literly have thousands invested in clamps. similar to a workshop or garage, there is never enough! Enjoy you new hobby. Its a lot of fun.
