We have kits in stock, so if you order tomorrow, they'll ship on Monday and you'll have 'em before next weekend.

About bracing, the braces should fit just a little snug, so that some tension is applied when they are fit. That's what I mean by preloading. You don't want the panels to budge, but you do want to apply a slight pressure, to make them more taut. So make them fit a little bit snug, and then just glue 'em in.
