I can't find what polarity I need to wire the 4Pi pro crossover. I thought in a 12db crossover you would reverse the drivers but in this circuit I'm not sure.

Hook 'em straight, plus-to-plus. If you reverse the connection of one of the drivers, there is a noticeable dip in response. You might not notice it by ear, because the dip is narrow, a very thin notch. But it is immediately obvious when measured.

That's right.

JBL used a standard for many years that provided for positive pressure when a positive voltage was applied to the black terminal, which most consider to be the negative post. But since both the 2426 and the 2226 are this way, all components in the system will be phased as expected, when red is connected to red.

But if you're connecting other systems at the same time, this is important to know. There's a handy chart of JBL speakers and conection methods that is included in Professional Series π Speaker kits, and you'll also find it online in the "JBL Polarity Notice" document. Other useful documents that are included in the kits but not sent with E-Mailed plans are the "General Tips" and the "Crossover Connection Tips" documents. These are all small files, so downloads are quick.

I'm using the Eminence driver so the + wire (red) will go on the black terminal on the 2226H....correct?

The red (+) wire is positive on the PSD2002. Positive voltage on this terminal provides positive pressure, same as the black terminal on the JBL 2226. So you'll connect black to red when combining these drivers.
