The sketch prints for this speaker show a port sze of 3 1/2" x 6". I assume this is outside diameter and that the port is usually constructed of 3/4 in plywood. So it it the intent to have an inside diameter of 2" x 4 1/2" with a cross section of 9 square inches?

The dimensions shown for the port are inside dimensions. The port is to be 3.5" x 6" and 10" long.

Thanks, good thing I asked: From the plans I interpreted all the other measurments to be outside diameter. Was that right in terms of H x W x D ?

That's right - All measurements are outside dimensions except those of the port, which show the size of the duct height, width and depth.
