I'm no woodworking expert ... It took me approximately 50-60 hours to build the horns.

Oh, by the way, sir ... I really like YOUR wooden horns ;-) !

I was thinking about trying to make the horn like you made. Very time consuming, it's about what I had figured. maybe someday!
