There are photos of the compensation network cable assemblies in the post called "Compensation networks - Photos". I expected I could find a photo of the "base unit," which is the Eminence PXBII1K6 crossover, but surprisingly, I couldn't. You can find photos of a couple of their offerings, but not that particular crossover. So one of these times soon, I'll do exactly as you've suggested, and put a photo of the PXBII1K6 online.

Also, Brendon (Super_BQ) has a photo of the crossover on his web page at www.geocities.com/super_bq/4Pi.html. Brendon chose to wire his network completely from individual components rather than to use the printed circuit board. Some do this so they can "hand pick" the components used.

Am I correct if I say your top picture has two of the same component (from different angles) and that only one should be used??

Please excuse the ignorance, it is knock off time in South Africa??

Cheers
Oscar
