I have lots of JBL 2426 comp drivers and don"t want to spend the silly money on new JBL replacement diaphragms. So are there any good alternatives. I have been told that there are some good Asian copies, but to stay away from the ones from China.
Any ideas. They will be used on baby bums with JBL 2206 drivers and fed with zillions of watts for idiots to play through live.

I've heard that Radian sells a replacement diaphragm for the 2426, but I have no experience with them. I prefer to have my JBL components refurbished with genuine JBL parts.
I've had very good results with Radians in both JBL and Altec drivers. A set of JBL 2470s I own had Radians installed by a JBL trained tech and were "bumped-in". A friend measured these and they measured as well as stock JBL aluminums.
