Wayne,

I havent been successful locating a port with the proper ID for the 1 pi. Would it be alright if I used 2 inch ID PVC? What about 3 inch? Is one preferred over the other? What port lengths should be used?

Thanks, and...

Eat Mo Hot Sauce,

Use a cardboard mailing tube, such as part number 0872512 from www.PaperMart.com. You can use any of the 2.5" tubes which have 0.060" wall thickness - They have inside diameter of 2.38".

You can find these tubes locally at office supply or architectural drafting supply stores. They are commonly used to store blueprints and printed circuit board layouts.
