I've noticed references to the fact that the Eminence Delta 15 is not the most refined driver and has limitations in midrange quality. Do you know of a 15" substitution that could be used to produce a superior Theater 4 with the impedance characteristics to mesh well with SE tube amplification? I love my Eminence 4's but drool at the thought of even more transparency and detail. So, any ideas? Thanks! G.

Thanks Wayne, I needed these words since I am a sick person in need of doing constant tweaking and diddling around with my system in order to stay happy. I do love the music but I am truly fascinated with the hardware involved to reproduce it. I used to belong to the "if it's more expensive it's got to be better" school of audiophilia, now it's the "what can I change to make that little bit of improvement" neurosis. I think it has to do a lot with the varying quality of the power coming out of the wall that fuels my figitiness. One day I'm in musical nirvana and the next I wonder what the heck happened - the music's all compressed and lifeless. On the latter days I start the quest for the next best, but now usually DIY, fix. G.
