I was messing around with winISD (similar to boxplot) and I noticed that the Eminence Alpha 10 provides quite a bit of low end. In fact, just going by the graphs, it has considerably more (6 db) in the 30 - 60 region when compared to the Delta 15 in the same box (5 cuft or so).

My question is, would this woofer actually go as low as the graph shows?

The Alpha 10 does perform well at low frequencies, yes. The Delta 15 does too, but only in a much larger box.
