I'm working on a pi-aligned box for some 12" Daytons and Pi-Align gives me a port size of 4.68" x 11" long. Is there a way to resize that to a standard 3" or 3.5" ID? I don't have room on the baffle for a rectangular port of 1/2" or 3/4" material.
Thanks very much in advance.

Try calcuating for a 4" diameter port, and then adjust the port length in the program until you get the same tuning as you do with the port you have there. It'll give you the Fb in the box parameters list.

Yessss, it worked! I put in 3.5 for the ID of some PVC electrical conduit I've got plenty of, and after a few tries came up with a length of 5.5".
Thanks for the help.
