Today i received a pair 811 horns and put the psd2002 driver to them. The sound was more agressive than with my simple diy woodhorns, but i like the look of the 811 horns. What can i do to make the sound more romantic as with the woodhorns? Can i change some component values in the crossover?

Adjust the values R1, R2 and C1. Resistors R1 and R2 set crossover Q and overall attenuation, so they can be used to adjust the amount of upper midrange and vocal overtones. The value of C1 sets the amount and point where top-octave augmentation comes in, so you can adjust the level of "sparkle" with it.
