I'm not sure of the suitability but thought I'd post about these since if they would work they could save a few builders a few hare earned $$$.

Sorry, I dunno. Haven't used 'em. Danny mentioned these too in an earlier post, so thanks for reminding us. At ten bucks each, it looks like they might be worth a try.

the construction is much thinner, from a harder, "more brittle sounding" polycarbonate or something, not the same as the H-290 plastic. The brass insert looks well machined, at any rate. I just wanted to use the included 2/3 bolt to screw-on adapters as "drilling jigs" to allow the use of jbl 2426's and other 1 inch, 3 bolt drivers on my 511's (oem is 2 bolt) in the future. Sam
